Since each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or for changing your mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, don’t worry—we’ll make it right. Email taterchipclub.support@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll provide a replacement or refund. No need to leave the couch to mail the damaged item back.
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us quickly. Once it enters production, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Additional costs may apply if an order must be replaced because an incorrect address was provided.
